2. Scope of this policy

This policy explains which personal data we collect when you visit adsconnect.site, contact us, or engage us as a service provider, on what legal basis we process it, how long we store it, and which rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

3. Data collected when visiting the website

When you open our website, your browser automatically transmits technical information to our hosting provider: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR to deliver the site securely and reliably, and is deleted or anonymised after 30 days at the latest.

4. Contact form and email enquiries

If you submit our contact form or write to us directly, we process the details you provide — name, company, email address, telephone number, advertising channel, budget range and the content of your message — solely to respond to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contract. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for general enquiries. Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are deleted after six months; enquiries that do are retained for the statutory commercial retention periods.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use only technically necessary cookies to operate the website. Any analytics or advertising technology that is not strictly necessary is loaded exclusively after you have given consent via our consent banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TTDSG). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

6. Data processed on behalf of clients

When we manage advertising accounts for clients, we may access personal data held inside those platforms. In that context we act as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR, on the basis of a separate data processing agreement, and only on the client's documented instructions.

7. Recipients and third countries

We pass data to processors only where necessary: our hosting provider, email provider, and the advertising platforms required to deliver our services (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest). Where these transfers involve countries outside the EU/EEA, they are safeguarded by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). 9. Right to lodge a complaint
